Refund Policy

MJM STORAGE – REFUND POLICY

At MJM Storage, we aim to be fair and transparent with our customers. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.

 

 Monthly Payments

All storage fees are charged monthly in advance.

Once a payment has been made, it is non-refundable, except in the circumstances outlined below.​

 Cooling-Off Period

If a customer cancels their agreement within 14 days of signing up and has not yet used the storage unit, a full refund may be issued.

If the unit has been accessed or used during this period, a refund will not normally be given.

 

 Early Termination

If a customer vacates their unit before the end of a paid rental period, no refund will be given for unused time.

Storage charges are based on monthly rental periods and are not calculated on a daily basis.

 

 Overpayments

Any genuine overpayments made in error will be refunded or credited to the customer’s account.

 

 Service Issues

If MJM Storage is unable to provide access to the storage unit due to a fault or issue caused by us, a partial or full refund may be considered for the affected period.

 

 Termination by MJM Storage

If MJM Storage terminates the agreement due to a breach of terms by the customer (including non-payment or storing prohibited items), no refund will be issued.

 

 How Refunds Are Made

Approved refunds will be:

Returned to the original payment method where possible

Processed within 7–10 working days
